1 on 1 Introduction to Functional Fitness
This is a beginner 1 on 1 introduction to functional fitness training. This program will focus heavily on technique/form and provide you with a good understanding on how our functional fitness program works and how it will provide you with the results you are after.
As we specialise in functional fitness we pride ourselves on the importance of correct form/technique. This is the perfect 1 on 1 session to jump start into our regular fitness programs.
The personal training session with cover 3 parts
1. Technique
2. Workout using movement techniques previously covered
3. Goal setting discussions
At the conclusion of this personal training session you will be ready to attend our introduction classes or jump straight into our group fitness classes.
Cost is $35/per session
