CROSSFIT – A Strength and Conditioning Program Focusing on High Intensity Functional Movements. Suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners
OPEN GYM – The gym is open to provide athletes with an opportunity to work on their own fitness, skills etc. This is not a scheduled CrossFit class. The gym will not be supervised. This is available 24/7
BEGINNERS – This is purely technique focused. The class is only for our 4 Week Beginners Program members, who are learning the 9 CrossFit fundamental movements and everything you need to know to kick start your CrossFit journey. Click here to find out more and register a spot
